Our $100,000 to help Starlight support more kids in remote communities

Our $100,000 to help Starlight support more kids in remote communities

3 March 2022

We’re thrilled to announce a $100,000 contribution to the Starlight Children’s Foundation today from our Lotteries business.

The donation from Tatts NT unclaimed prize money will fund Starlight’s Healthier Futures initiative which helps boost healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in remote communities.

At the forefront is Captain Starlight — a positive and friendly figure using song, dance, games and storytelling to encourage more kids to participate in the health checks they need.

In fact, 98% of the health teams Starlight partners with rated the impact of Captain Starlight on children as significant.

Watch this video featuring Starlight CEO Louise Baxter to learn more about how his money will help.
