The Lott proudly commits another $100,000 to the NT’s Stars Foundation

17 March 2022

The Lott has committed to another year of support for the Stars Foundation with a $100,000 donation to continue its important work empowering young Indigenous women in the Northern Territory.

The commitment from The Lott now exceeds $300,000 to the foundation’s education and health programs to help more Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young women and girls thrive.

Since 2015, Stars has been supporting and enabling young women to make active choices towards realising their full potential, which creates better environments for Indigenous communities.

Last year, it supported twice as many students as it had previously, starting an additional 19 programs across WA and the NT to provide holistic support to about 2300 young women at 37 partner schools.
