Our Recruitment Process
1. Application
Submit your resume and complete an online application form. Our Talent Acquisition Team will typically start reviewing applications after 5 business days so don't worry if you don't hear from us immediately.
2. Initial Screening
If your application aligns with the role, one of our Talent Acquisition Partners will contact you for a brief phone or video call to discuss your skills and experience. This is your chance to ask questions and learn more about the role.
3. First Interview
You’ll meet with the hiring manager for a more in-depth interview to explore your skills, experience, and how you can make an impact at Tabcorp. This could be conducted virtually or face to face.
4. Skills Assessment
For some roles, you may be asked to complete a skills-based or technical assessment.
5. Follow-up Interviews
You may meet with other team members or leaders, where we’ll dig a little deeper into your experience and how well you align with our values and team dynamics.
6. Reference and Background Checks
If you're a top candidate, we’ll contact your previous employers to verify your work history and performance and commence background checks.
7. Offer
Congratulations! If you’re the right fit, we’ll extend an offer detailing your role, salary, benefits, and everything you need to know before you join the team.
8. Onboarding
Once you accept, we’ll guide you through our onboarding process, giving you the tools and support to thrive at Tabcorp. We’ll make sure you're set up for success from day one.
